Freedom of Information
The broad objective of the Freedom of Information Act is to give the community access to information held by the Australian Government.
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 requires the High Speed Rail Authority (Authority) to publish certain information on our website. This includes the Information Publication Scheme Authority Plan, and disclosing access decisions through a Disclosure Log.
The disclosure log provides access to information which has been released in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) access request and released by the Authority under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and is available for public access.

Information Publication Scheme
The Authority provides the following information in accordance with the Information Publication Scheme established under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. Documents below are provided in PDF format, Word versions are available on request.
